WARRICK SUTTON, Chairman - FCPA, FCIS

Warrick Sutton

Appointed to the Board in 2001. Mr Sutton has served as Chairman of the Board since 2005. He has 30 years of financial and business experience and is currently the General Manager Finance, National Pharmacies. Prior to this, Mr Sutton held a variety of accounting and general manager roles for F H Faulding. Mr Sutton is also a board member of Chartered Secretaries Australia (CSA), South Australian division.

BRUCE IND, Deputy Chairman - B.Sc, B.Ed, Grad Dip T, Grad Dip Ins Comp.

Bruce Ind

Appointed to the Board in 2004. Prior to his appointment he served on the Client Advisory Committee as Chair for four years. Mr Ind began his career as a secondary teacher in regional South Australia before moving into information services in the early 1990s. Mr Ind also serves on the Board of Blind Citizens Australia and on a number of committees within the Uniting Church.

VALDA GORE

Valda Gore

Appointed to the Board in 2008. Prior to her retirement, Ms Gore was Administration Manager of Baker Young Stockbrokers Limited. Ms Gore has years of experience in the accounting and banking sector. She was a fundraiser for SCOSA and NOVITA and a finalist in the 1981 Mrs South Australia Quest. Ms Gore has been a volunteer with Guide Dogs SA.NT for the past seven years.

VANESSA GORE - LLB (Hons), BHSc

Vanessa Gore

Appointed to the Board in 2008. Ms Gore is a Partner at commercial law firm Fisher Jeffries. She has expertise in construction & engineering, trade practices, product liability, insurance, intellectual property and environmental law. In addition to her qualifications as a lawyer, Ms Gore has a bachelor of Health Sciences, focused on Public Health. She is a member of a number of professional and industry associations.

ALISON KERSHAW - LLB (Hons), B.Sc

Alison Kershaw

Appointed to the Board in 2006. Ms Kershaw is a Senior Policy Officer at the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs, where she is involved in the development of reforms to South Australia's consumer protection laws. Ms Kershaw received her first Guide Dog in the mid 1990s, and became more involved with Guide Dogs SA.NT in the late 1990s - joining the Consumer Advisory Committee which she chaired for three years.

MATTHEW LANG - MBA, B.Ec

Matthew Lang

Appointed to the Board in 2010. Mr Lang is a Director and Chief Financial Officer, Cobham Aviation Services Australia. Prior to this, he spent nine years in defence, aviation and aerospace industries. He has also worked as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 14 years, including seven spent in the United States.

SARAH MCKAY (SUTTER) - B.Ed

Sarah McKay

Appointed to the Board in 2010. Ms McKay (Sutter) is a former Commonwealth Games netball champion. Along with her extensive sporting achievements with the Australian Netball Team and Thunderbirds, she is a highly experienced marketer with particular strengths in driving international brand building strategies. Most recently, Ms McKay (Sutter) was Corporate Sales Manager with Qantas from 2005 - 2008.

GRANT PIGOT - B App Sc, B Business

Grant Pigot

Appointed to the Board in 2009. Mr Pigot is Director of 4i Pty Ltd. Prior to this he was Chief Operating Officer for Papyrus Australia Ltd. and General Manager for BioCycle, where he was instrumental in rebuilding the company's brand profile through targeted marketing campaigns. Mr Pigot has a strong background in marketing and relationships management, both nationally and internationally.

HELEN SUMMERS - Master of Optometry, Grad Cert. Ocular Therapeutics

Helen Summers

Appointed to the Board in 2005. Ms Summers has a Master Optometry and Ocular Therapeutics and works in private practice in Darwin, with visiting practices in remote areas. She is a Director of Eyecare Plus - which are a group of 180 independent optometry practices - and is a member of the Australian Optometric Panel and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
