PUPPY RAISERS AND HOME BOARDERS

Volunteers are needed to take puppies into their homes for approximately one year, before they begin their intensive training. Home boarders are also needed to assist with short-term care for our dogs in training

The Volunteer Discovery Centre Guide is responsible for conducting guided tours of the Guide Dogs Discovery Centre for school, corporate and community groups.

The Discovery Centre - an interactive community education facility - is the first of its type in Australia, reflecting Guide Dogs SA.NT's commitment to stem the rising incidence of vision and hearing loss.

MINI AND MODEL DOG COLLECTORS

Drivers required to collect and replace model dogs around SA

Volunteers play a vital role in our mini and model dog collection program which raises considerable funds for our organisation.

Volunteers are required to apply in couples and be available for one day a fortnight or month.

COLLECTION DOG DONATION PROCESSOR

We are looking for a volunteer who can be available one to two days per week to empty collection dogs and count the proceeds ready for the accounts department.
