Delivery within Australia for purchases from Telemarketing will take up to 10 working days.
Overseas 
Telemarketing does not  trade outside Australia through this website.

Lottery tickets 
All lottery tickets will be forwarded within two weeks of acceptance. The  tickets include an invoice and a return envelope. The return envelope is for payment and the completed ticket butts.

Guide Dogs does not store any credit card numbers and utilises a secure encrypted connection.

We utilise a secure payment gateway, operating on 128bit SSL encryption. This ensures high level protection of your personal and financial details as well as order particulars which are all encrypted as they are sent to and from your computer.

Order information including your name and address are only stored on our server for us to facilitate any customer service enquiries and deliveries.

Online Shop orders
We take great care to ensure that prices and items for sale on this website are accurate. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in the original packaging within the warranty period which is 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 you may seek a refund if goods:
• Are or become faulty through no fault of your own
• Are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff
• Don’t match the description or sample
• Have defects that were not obvious.
However, the goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you must show proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault.
You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
Donations and Lottery Tickets
Guide Dogs SA.NT does not provide refunds. 

Why do I need parental permission to sponsor a puppy if I'm under 18?
Sponsoring a puppy is an ongoing commitment of $10 a month. Some young people are unable to afford this amount without parental assistance. Guide Dogs SA.NT does not wish to place a financial burden on you or your family. If you are under 18 and would like to take out Puppy Love membership, please check with your parent or guardian first.

How long do I need to sponsor a puppy?
When you sponsor a puppy you are not locked into a contract of any kind. We understand that your financial circumstances may change and you may need to cease sponsorship of your puppy. Please notify our Sponsorship Manager Christina Angus through our online contact form or telephone on 08 8203 8309 and she will be able to cancel your membership. 
Our puppies are sometimes removed from the program because of health or training issues. We will let you know if this happens and transfer your membership to another suitable puppy.

How do I find out about my puppy's progress?
Guide Dogs SA.NT will send you quarterly progress reports on your sponsored puppy. You will also receive our biannual Guide Dogs SA.NT newsletter

How do I update my payment details or change payment method?
You can update both your payment details or change your payment method quickly and easily by contacting our Sponsorship Manager Christina Angus through our online contact form or by telephone on 08 8303 8309.

Does my puppy have more than one sponsor?
Yes, a puppy costs $25,000 to purchase and train so we need lots of people to support a training puppy.

What if I cannot make sponsorship payments?
If your financial circumstances change and you are unable to make your sponsorship payments temporarily or permanently, please contact us as soon as possible.
