Celebrating our diversity

May 18th, 2017

Guide Dogs staff celebrated cultural diversity and the strength it brings to the organisation at a bring a plate lunch today.

We discovered the breadth of what we bring to Guide Dogs with many nations represented including Singapore, Sri Lanka, England, Scotland, Wales, The Netherlands, Germany, El Salvador, Nepal, Sweden, India, England and Australia to name a few!

Asian curries, cheese, Greek pastries, Dutch liquorice, gingerbread, and Aussie meat pies and vegemite were all brought to the table.

While listening to world music clips and Eurovision there was great cross cultural collaboration with a team game to name the colours of national flags.

Enjoy our photos from the luncheon.
