Guide Dogs are a safe and effective way for people who are blind or vision impaired to travel independently. They assist a client to locate destinations, avoid obstacles and stop at kerbs. They provide the confidence and companionship you can’t put a price on.

With the support of a Guide Dogs Instructor, who will provide ongoing training and advice throughout the average eight year working life of each Guide Dog, clients will progressively develop the skills and confidence they need to work successfully with their companion.
