Technology Peer Support Group
Are you interested in learning about technology?
Do you have knowledge about technology and want to share with others?
Guide Dogs SA has a new Technology Peer Support Group starting in June 2016 and are looking for people who are interested in learning about technology and accessible technology, and sharing their knowledge and experiences with others. Member led, the Group will support and encourage the learning about new technologies through the sharing of members’ technical skills with others. Aimed toward those with a vision and/or hearing impairment, blind or Deaf, it is hoped together as a group people will learn about and share technology that is helpful for everyday living and improve access to the wider community.
The Technology Peer Support Group meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month between 1.30pm and 3.30pm. Join us for afternoon tea and discussion about technologies - new and old - which assist those with vision and/or hearing impairment.
